It was an awesome experience! As a parent I felt like I was encouraged as to the progress we try so hard to make with regular brushing of 7 and 9 year old teeth! And we were educated kindly with practical tools for home. The kids were happy! They were treated very thoughtfully! I'd highly recommend to friends! Dr. Kelsey was phenomenal!! All the staff was helpful too!! 👍👍 Two thumbs up!!

I brought my toddler in for the first time today. I was nervous she would freak out but she LOVED visiting the dentist, she didn't want to leave! Dr Kelsey is great with kids and made my daughter feel very special. She explained everything she was doing and let my daughter touch everything before it went in her mouth. What a relief 😅

Dr. Kelsey saw my boy for the first time and I was so nervous but she knocked it out of the park. The staff, especially Theo were so calming and the office was so clean and welcoming. If you are even a bit concerned trust me your child is in the best hands in the city.

Excellent experience with my toddler. All the staff were kind and took extra time to make him feel comfortable. They also have a huge play area waiting room to make kids feel at ease as well as an overhead screen in the dentist office to play whatever show the kid wants to distract them during the procedure.

Our first visit was a great experience. Amanda and Theo were warm, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Dr. Negin Sadeghlo was equally amazing. The best way to describe her is that she's like Ms. Rachel, but as a dentist: kind, energetic, and fantastic with kids.

From the waiting room to how the dentist interacts with the kids, is expertly designed to make them feel comfortable. I went from dreading my kid’s first appointment to him asking when can we go back to the dentist.

10/10! I began with low expectations of a good time because my son is 2.5 years old and his behaviour can be quite extreme to new experiences, so I was very nervous for this appointment. Amazing experience, he was calm, he didn’t cry once, he was happy and willing to cooperate. They were so patient, gentle and encouraging. I’m so grateful I went here because like I said, new experiences and appointments can be kind of scary! Thank you for making it fun!

Bloorkids Dental is every kids dream dental office. Dr. Kelsey O'Hagan-Wong and her team were so friendly, welcoming and patient. The process from booking the appointment to getting seen was flawless. The hardest part was getting my 2.5 year old daughter to leave the office. I came from Mississauga but my drive was well worth it.

One of the best dentist for children. She loves the waiting room, how nice the Dr, Dental assistants and the intake staff are. I asked what she would rate it and she said "I'd give it a 10/10!"

We have been visiting this clinic all the time and experience was pleasant. However, the clinic rescheduled us to another doctor that caused a chain of strange billing issues. First, our child got 2 xrays instead of 1 without confirming with us, nor doing insurance estimates. Then insurance denied 100% coverage because the doctor we were rescheduled with is general practitioner and not pediatric dentist, which implied lots of unknown limits and we had to pay 50% for the same service we got reimbursed 100% last time. When I pointed out that mistake to the new receptionist, we received a blunt response that this is the limits of our insurance. Insurance points out that this is the dental office mistake not doing the estimates and confirming billing prior to the work.

The team provided exceptional care for both my daughter and us as parents. They explained everything clearly before and after the appointment, answered all of our questions, and adjusted their communication to my daughter’s age, helping her feel safe and comfortable throughout the visit. The waiting room is fantastic, with plenty of toys and activities for children. My daughter had so much fun that she didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend The Bloorkids Dental to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and child-friendly pediatric dental clinic.

My 2½-year-old had her very first dental appointment with Dr. Kelsey O'Hagan-Wong, and the experience nothing short of amazing. My daughter was a little nervous and unsure of what to expect, but from the moment we walked into the clinic until the time we left, every part of our visit was exceptional. The clinic has been thoughtfully designed with young children in mind, from the fun and welcoming waiting area to the TV on the ceiling playing her favorite show during the appointment. These small details made a big difference in helping her feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Kelsey and her assistant were friendly and very gentle in their approach. My toddler left feeling happy, confident, and proud of herself. We are so grateful for the wonderful care she received, and I'm certain her next dental visit will be something she looks forward to. Highly recommend!

My 3 year old son has had two dental appointments here. He absolutely loves it! They have an amazing play area if you’re waiting, and he receives little toys after each visit which makes him love his appointments. Couldn’t say enough good things about Bloorkids Dental!
